Practices and Services

Bereavement and Grief Counselling
With years of first hand experience working in some of the busiest NHS hospitals, supporting patients and their families as well as parents of children and babies coming to terms with the slow, sudden or traumatic death of their
loved ones.
Bereavement is about all kinds of significant loss and I offer support for all aspects of grief counselling.

Ikigai Coaching
Ikigai is a Japanese concept meaning reason or purpose for being. Unquestionably, there are things that may hold us back from achieving this - depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress.
I help to find meaning in who you are, what you do and how you can fulfil your ultimate life potential while living in harmony with others.

Friends and Collaborators
Mindfulness naturally encourages our awareness for potential new friendships and connection to like minded communities.
My friends and collaborators share the same ethos for providing healthy life enhancing products, practices and services.

I value each of these relationships and hope you will enjoy meeting and getting to know them as much as I have.

Shared Testimonies
Tony helped me work through some of the most painful months of my life. Losing my Mother and my job all within weeks of each other. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for his gentle, patient guidance when I was not a nice person and probably not initially very co-operative. I am much better able to cope with all my stress and stay calm. I'm really grateful for Tony's teaching and support.
My wife used to call me a man's man, because she never thought I would ever be the kind of person who would sit quietly and enjoy meditating.
But, we both knew I needed to get a hold of some deep rooted issues regarding frustration and anger. Tony's calming way of teaching, his many insights, exercises, and good humour, helped me discover a whole new side of myself. My wife now jokingly calls me 'Zen' and I like that.
I met Tony through his work with the NHS. He is a person who speaks from a wealth of experience working with families and parents of children and babies, and been in the room with them, sometimes at the breaking bad news, or at the bedside at the end of life, or in ITU with sudden traumatic emergency. He has seen it all and knows first hand how to help make sense of overwhelming shock, sadness and bereavement.
I fully recommend Tony and his grief and bereavement work.
